On Monday, November 5, construction will continue along the eastbound Dulles Toll Road. As a result, the E-ZPass lane at Exit 11 will be shutdown for several consecutive days. The previously closed Full-Service lane at Exit 11 has reopened.

Please drive carefully! Drivers are asked to use caution and pay attention to all police, signage and barricades. Lane shutdowns will alternate throughout the project, impacting traffic seven days a week, 24-hours per day. Delays are expected.
