First lane closures on WB and EB Dulles Toll Road September 12 for construction of new toll collection system
Beginning September 12, lane closures will occur westbound at Spring Hill West Exit 17 and eastbound at Centreville Road Plaza Exit 10 to begin installation of the new toll collection system as follows:

The closures will remain in effect 24 hours a day. All construction is weather dependent and subject to change.
