As part of the roadway's routine maintenance program, the Dulles Toll Road has scheduled milling and paving operations from Wednesday, September 6, until approximately Monday, November 14, 2016. Several areas along the main travel lanes and ramps, both eastbound and westbound, will be repaved and re-striped. Work will generally be performed overnight between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next morning. Some daytime paving may be performed on weekends.

Motorists should:

• Use caution and follow signage when driving in work zones
• Limit distractions and stay aware of changing traffic patterns
• Be prepared to encounter stretches of rough pavement that have been milled in preparation for pavement overlay
