Customers can go in person to a walk in center.

Call in to the EZ Pass Customer Service Center and the account can be opened by a customer service representative and the transponder mailed. 

Pick up an EZ Pass On-the-Go kit at the customer service counters of Giant or Wegman's grocery stores. These are pre-loaded with toll funds available to be used immediately.
